Noxon Workplace Investigations provides independent, objective investigation services to respond to harassment and discrimination complaints in the workplace. Independent, external investigations are needed when an organization does not have internal skills or resources necessary to conduct a proper investigation, or the allegation is against management, requiring an external, objective investigator to ensure the investigation is conducted without bias.
• conduct unbiased investigations using process prescribed under OHSA Code of Practice
• investigate allegations and make findings as to whether harassment &/or discrimination occurred
• 30+ years in management positions in a variety of industries including health care, professional services and manufacturing, involving oversight of human resources function and conducting investigations
• ensured HR policies complied with the Ontario OHSA, trained employees on rights and obligations, conducted internal investigations and managed litigation
• obtained CPA, CA designation as external auditor with PwC, involving gathering evidence to assess adherence to policies & procedures
