Rudy GrewalRudy has earned his honours Bachelor of Arts and Science in an Interdisciplinary Study of Human Nature from Lakehead University, specializing in psychology and sociology. Currently, Rudy is about to complete his Honours Bachelor of Social Work from Lakehead University and is doing his practicum at the Simcoe County Local Immigration Partnership. Both in school and out, Rudy is actively involved with human rights, equity, diversity, and inclusion research, initiatives, and training. |
Sandra Lee, Simcoe County Local Immigration PartnershipSandra is the Manager of the Local Immigration Partnership for the County of Simcoe. In this role, Sandra has been working with a broad spectrum of community stakeholders to improve economic, social, and political outcomes for newcomers living in Simcoe County. The Simcoe County Local Immigration Partnership was established in 2011, and following a period of research and community consultations, the County of Simcoe launched a community settlement strategy in October 2012. This work is funded by Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada and the County of Simcoe. |
