The event theme is “Make an Impact”, with a focus on achieving goals through work life balance. This event is an opportunity to reflect upon and celebrate the progress that women within the Department of National Defence, the Canadian Armed Forces, and Canadian society have made thus far, and to continue to celebrate women’s achievements, raise awareness against bias and encourage dialogue about what our institution can do to better support gender equality.
