Join us on Sunday May 25th 2025 from 11 am to 3 pm for the IG Wealth Management Walk for Alzheimer’s!
The Alzheimer Society of Simcoe County is very proud to be partnering with Springwater Provincial Park in partnership with Beausoleil First Nation.
Thanks to your support and commitment, since 2015 from coast to coast, we’ve raised over $50M to date. These critical funds help us provide and connect people to information, services and community programs such as counselling, respite care, support groups and more for people living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia across Canada.
Our Walk will be filled with free activities, exercise with Minds in Motion, chair yoga, barista bar from Bean Around the Block, Zentangles artwork, display by the Barrie Art Club, and Miss Ritchie's Kitchen and Dominos Pizza will be on site, with water from The Water Depot. Enjoy live music alpacas, arts and crafts, and most importantly an Honour Path where our walkers can send in the pictures of their loved ones to honour them on the path. This is more than a Walk. This is a dedication to those we love that have been affected. Deadline to submit a photo for the Honour Path is Tuesday, May 13.
