Over the past few months, employers have been handling more HR activities than ever before, many of them in the midst of crisis mode. Along with this, comes a huge amount of stress and serious concerns about mis-stepping and putting their business or their employees at risk. With stage 3 getting underway, more businesses permitted to reopen, and stage 2 businesses starting to see growth, knowing how to properly recall your employees is critical. Join us for a session with the experts at HR Performance & Results, as they highlight what you need to know about the job-protected Infectious Disease Emergency Leave, work refusals and accommodations, and modified schedules. This session will include a Q&A component, where you can get your questions answered directly. To submit a question in advance, please email it to webinar@barriechamber.com. |
