While he has always been an early adopter of new technology, Peter's real passions are Numbers and Data; seeing patterns emerge from streams of data, watching seemingly disparate pieces of information coalesce to form answers to questions that may in turn create newer, deeper questions, and then finding new ways to coax answers out of those.
Since his initial foray into Market Research in 1996, he has been involved in more than 1,900 market research projects, working with a wide range of clients, both large and small, in North America and Europe in many different market segments including: automotive manufacturing; broadcasting; entertainment; finance, credit and investment; food and beverage; various levels of government; information technology; insurance; packaged goods; pharmaceuticals; professional associations; professional sports; real estate; sponsorship; telecommunications; and travel and leisure.
His involvement with these projects has ranged from initial project & questionnaire design to final presentation of findings -- and everything in between.
In 2001, five years after entering the field, Peter founded X Tabulate Inc., a Market Research consultancy with a focus on (not surprisingly) Numbers and Data, to provide an even broader range of clients access to the knowledge and data processing expertise of someone who thrives at the intersection of Technology and Market Research.
His specialty is turning clear data collection and analysis -- from automated tracking studies to thorny customized challenges -- into a seamless turnkey process.
He also considers himself to be one of the fortunate few, as he does for a living that which he loves doing.
