With the skills learned in this workshop you'll feel confident that you're pre-loading your sales pipeline for when the tap is turned back on
About this Event
This event is presented by the Henry Bernick Entrepreneur Centre! We are excited to have Sven, from Always Bearded and Hometown Brawn to speak to fellow entrepreneurs on automating your business tasks on a budget!
Covid-19 has undoubtedly slowed down our businesses, and the economy, almost to a standstill. As an entrepreneur, and for the Solopreneurs - we wear many hats. In fact, we wear all the hats. We are accustomed to being busy and stretching ourselves too thin, which has most likely lead to not properly keeping up with customer contact, lead prospecting, or data entry. Why not take this downtime to automate your business tasks and be ready to hit the ground running.
Sven will talk about;
Inventory & Customer Management: Reconcile your business, reconnect with your customer base & preload your sales pipeline to be ready for post-Covid-19.
Using Quickbooks Online: Reconcile your inventory, expenses, COGS (cost of goods sold), suppliers, and customers. Not only will this make your GST reconciling and accounting easier, but you'll also have a constant overview of your expenses, monthly sales, profit and loss reports - all at your fingertips without any complex excel formulas. Have lots of different products in your inventory that are hard to keep track of? Running out of products and having back-orders creates angry customers and lost sales opportunities. Quickbooks will alert you when stock is getting low so that you can reorder before you run out.
Stop using spreadsheets: Take the time now to lay the groundwork to automate your business when the pipelines open, post COVID-19.
Using Nimble: To aggregate all of your customer accounts and contact activity. Link your Gmail or outlook/office 365 systems and import conversations into one database/backend system. After this foundation is built; all communication is logged, notes can be made on each follow-up action, and scheduled follow up points can be made for each customer.
This will encourage more active follow up with clients, set sales cycle follow-ups to ensure reordering is completed efficiently, and most importantly you can maintain a healthy business relationship with your customers. Top of mind is always where your business should be thriving to be!
Create a lead list of buyers/decision-makers/influencers for your product or service. Using the Nimble Lead Prospector tool. Quickly search twitter or Linkedin for these contacts, Lead Prospector will then present accurate contact information for you to reach out to your new contacts.
With this ease of use lead prospecting built right into your software, you'll feel confident that while the economy might be at a standstill, you're preloading your sales pipeline for when the tap is turned back on!
