Ask any strong leader and they’ll tell you that their team is critical to their success. Hiring the right people to keep your business moving forward has always been important, and that is even more true today.

Whether you’re in a position to hire now or not, a review of your hiring practices is always a good idea. Perhaps you’ve pivoted and need new staff to accommodate the change, you had difficulty recalling your previous workers, or you have team members approaching retirement - whatever the reason, your future team will be stronger if you take care to hire the right way.

During this session, our experts will talk about best practices for hiring, an inclusive approach, and hiring remotely in the "new normal".
