Over the past year, every business in Ontario has had to change the way they work to align with provincial safety restrictions. From temporary layoffs and curbside pick-ups to plexiglass barriers and remote working, every business has been impacted in some way. Of huge concern to businesses is properly protecting their staff and customers from Covid-19 without disrupting operations and with smaller profit margins. Chambers across the province are introducing Rapid Screening programs with kits provided by the government at no charge to SMEs. These programs help businesses to stop asymptomatic spread in the workplace before it gets out of control, often preventing the need for a 2 week shutdown for isolation of the whole team. Rapid screening in the workplace is critical to restoring employee and consumer confidence as we work through the coming months of vaccine roll-out. During this webinar, our experts will speak about the benefits of participating in a Rapid Screening program, how to approach the rapid testing and vaccination conversation with your employees, and the legal requirements you should be aware of. |
