The Israel Consulate General, Galit Baram, will be visiting the Greater Barrie Chamber of Commerce to discuss trade between our two countries and to prepare our members for the Trade Mission to Israel in 2019. The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

• Historic and cultural ties between the two nations
• Current political/trade relationship
• Future trade and financing possibilities
• Israel as a hub for Canadian businesses doing business in Europe/Africa/Asia
• Risk factors and mitigation
• Free trade between our two countries 
• Technology and education sharing
• Introduction to the Israel and Tel Aviv Chambers of Commerce
• Introduction to leading technology companies in Israel
• Tourist destinations
