The YMCA of Simcoe/Muskoka offers every member in our community the opportunity to grow in mind, body and spirit. Our programs and services are designed for every age and ability. In partnership with RVH, the YMCA of Simcoe/Muskoka is proud to offer two specialty health management programs, Healthy Hearts and iCan Cancer Rehabilitation, available at the Barrie and Innisfil YMCAs. The Healthy Hearts program supports cardiovascular patients by helping them regain their strength, reduce the risk of cardiovascular events, and improve overall health and quality of life. The iCan Cancer Rehabilitation program supports individuals who have received or are receiving treatment for cancer, by helping restore physical function, supporting physical and psychological well-being, and improving health and quality of life.
