Hello! I’m Alex, a photographer in Barrie specializing in headshot and portrait photography as well as real estate.
I first got the photography bug on a month long road trip from California to Toronto in 2019 taking landscape photos. Along the way I met strange and interesting people who allowed me to take their portraits. Back in Toronto, I was taking headshots and portraits of actors (an industry I know very well) and then the pandemic came. I got married and my wife and I decided to move to Barrie to start fresh to have some more breaking room. I’ve been doing real estate photography for the Faris team for the past 2 years as well as headshots on the side.
I love to travel when I can, capturing the world around me with my camera. I have two cats and I’m an avid ping pong player.
