Ok, you live in Barrie, so do we. It's almost impossible to get a great pizza. Go to the city, beg your local to turn up the heat and buy better toppings or just go all serious eats on it and do it yourself. We've done it ourselves and now we want to share. Great sauce, amazing dough, cold raised for three days and no crap toppings. 650 degrees 6-8 minutes, crisp crust and a Jimmy Chew's center. Freaking great pizza! But wait, that's not all!
