About Us
Hospice Simcoe is a charitable organization providing client-centered support for those living with life threatening illness or grieving the loss of a loved one. We serve all of Simcoe County. Our programs and services include: -In-home community visiting program -Residential Hospice Care (10-bed hospice) -Bereavement support -Individual and group supports for clients -Education -Volunteer Opportunities. All services are provided free of cost.
